The giant peach pie was the highlight of the 65th Annual Louisiana Peach Festival. When the last bite was served, a Guinness Book of World Records certificate was in hand!<\/p>\n<p>Here is Ronnie (to the left of the banner), and Director of Sales Brandon Sutherland, the masterminds behind the record.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.integralhospitality.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_2854.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-551\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-551\" src=\"http:\/\/www.integralhospitality.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_2854.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2854\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.integralhospitality.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_2854.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.integralhospitality.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_2854-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.integralhospitality.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_2854-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Other highlights from Ronnie&#8217;s year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotel named Louisiana Limited Service Hotel of the Year by Louisiana Travel Promotion Association.<\/li>\n<li>Ronnie and his team increased Market Share by 10% since the hotel was purchased in 2012.<\/li>\n<li>The Hampton Ruston boasted <em>two<\/em> Hamptonality Winners during the year!<\/li>\n<li>Won Mover and Shaker Award from Hilton for excellent service scores.<\/li>\n<li>Completed extensive Hampton Forever Young exterior makeover with little guest impact.<\/li>\n<li>Installed new guest room carpet.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully converted two vending rooms to hospitality suites.<\/li>\n<li>Made the front page of the Ruston Daily Leader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Congratulations Ronnie!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integral GM Ronnie Rawls had an incredible year at his Hampton Inn in Ruston, Louisiana.
