Problem:
Integral Hospitality Solutions was contacted by the hotel ownership to assist in the completion of the pre-opening work. The owners were new to the hospitality industry and were looking for direction in the final stages of construction and staffing.
Solution:
Two months prior to the opening, Integral worked with the General Manager to complete all pre-opening paperwork. Assistance in hiring, sales, ordering and construction issues was provided. One month prior to opening a job fair was held by Integral's Director of Operations which was followed by a three day orientation for all employees. Training in each department was completed and procedures were reviewed and put into place to abide by Hampton standards. Final installations in all guest rooms were overseen by the Integral team.
Results:
The Hometown Hampton Inn hotel in Clinton, MO opened with great success. The training of the staff and proper construction completion have paid off in high service and accommodation scores.
