Problem:
Hotel is located across the country from the owners’ home base. Coordination of the operation had deteriorated and the property had fallen into default with the franchisor. The property was facing a special inspection that would determine its future with the brand. Integral was selected less than four weeks before the inspection and was able to execute an aggressive action plan in tandem with excellent ownership cooperation.

Solution:
Integral installed an interim GM and supplied additional corporate support to stabilize the property and execute the emergency plan. Systematic deep cleaning and preventive maintenance was rushed to completion and all brand standard training and procedures were implemented.

Results:
The hotel received an acceptable evaluation during the special and has passed every QA evaluation since that time. The re-establishment of a quality product with excellent service and consistent management has allowed the property to celebrate a tremendous increase in revenue of 33.8%. They have also moved up an amazing 366 positions in the Hampton TQS Balanced Scorecard ranking which is based on quality and service scores.
