Founder, Partner, President and CEO Bill Murray, a veteran of more than twenty-five years in the hotel business, began as a front desk clerk and worked his way to President of a major hotel management company. Murray’s leadership skills were forged in the fires of turnarounds and new hotel openings.
Tina Johnson is the Senior Director of Operations for Integral Hospitality Solutions. Tina is a true Hampton Inn expert, having managed a top ten TQS property for several years before becoming a Director. Tina is knowledgeable in all areas of Hampton Inn operations including standards, OnQ and BAR.
Thomas Wilson is Director of Operations for Integral Hospitality Solutions. Thomas has a background as a General Manager himself, giving him the insight on how best to support the properties and their management which he is responsible for. He has been involved in numerous new hotel openings.
Bryan Groover is a Director of Operations for Integral. Bryan came to Integral by way of years of Food and Beverage and General Manager positions. His extensive F&B experience makes him valuable throughout the management portfolio, but especially within our full service offerings
Kenneth Stovall, Integral Director of Operations, has multi-brand General Manager experience.  As well as knowledge of various brand standards, Kenneth's involvement in property renovations proves to be especially valuable during new construction openings.
Hope LeCompte is a Director of Operations for Integral. Hope spent numerous years as a General Manager and as a member of taskforce teams sent to properties to get them on track. Her dedication to service training elevates properties to new levels of performance and customer satisfaction scores.
Shannon Hernandez, Director of Revenue Management for Integral, works one-on-one with properties to put the proper pricing tiers and restrictions in place to maximize revenue and use of inventory. Shannon's background in multiple hotel management positions, and most recently Area Director of Sales and Revenue for multiple properties, provides the foundation for building effective revenue management at each hotel.
Nancy Galloway is the Director of Communications for Integral Hospitality Solutions. Nancy is responsible for maintaining the communications and public relations activities for Integral and each of our client hotels. Also acting as the liaison between the franchise development personnel and Integral, Nancy is responsible for franchise application submittals and completion of franchise agreements.
Myron Barany is the Director of Finance and Accounting for Integral Hospitality Solutions. Myron’s 30+ years in the hospitality industry with a concentration in accounting functions, provides for Integral the presence of a team member who knows the unique hospitality accounting needs that are presented within each individual managed property.
Sherry Chavis is the Senior Property Controller for Integral Hospitality Solutions. Sherry utilizes the M3 system to manage the accounting for the hotels in her portfolio. Trust is the keyword when it comes to financial controls and reporting. Sherry’s demanding standards ensure that your hotel’s financial reporting is accurate.
Debbie Hendrix is Property Controller for several of our managed properties. Debbie has numerous years of experience with hospitality accounting functions. Her property portfolio contains several of Integral's full service properties. This experience makes her a valuable member of the Integral accounting department.
Linda Vincient is Property Controller. Linda has first hand experience as a Controller at the property level. She brings this valuable background and knowledge to her position and uses it to coordinate the daily accounting functions for the hotels within her portfolio.
Wanda Maltimore is a Property Controller for Integral. Wanda's years of experience within the hospitality industry has spanned multiple departments and positions. This varied experience gives Wanda the insight to help properties work in conjunction with the Accounting Department in the daily functions throughout the hotel.
Erika Mutzberg is Integral’s Information Specialist. Erika, a graduate in the field of Restaurant and Hospitality Management, is responsible for the coordination of the flow of information from all properties on a daily basis. She utilizes a property scorecard program that has been implemented to measure the success of each hotel. She also conducts periodic mock QA visits, producing an action plan to be followed.
