Integral Hospitality Solutions Ranked #29 on Top Independent, Third Party Management Companies List

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Hotel & Motel Management magazine ranked Birmingham-based Integral Hospitality Solutions among its Top Independent Third Party Management Companies in a recent report. Integral was ranked number 29 out of 74 companies listed in the magazine. Hotel & Motel Management has been published since 1875 for lodging personnel involved in corporate and operations management. The magazine’s annual rankings are based the total number of rooms managed. Integral managed 3,415 rooms and 35 properties in 2006, up substantially from 1,979 rooms and 23 properties in 2005. The company also saw a 31% increase in their revenue from 2005 to 2006.
Two properties in Integral’s headquarter city of Birmingham, Ala., the historic Tutwiler Hotel Hampton Inn & Suites, which Integral owns and manages, and the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport were two of the properties added to the Integral portfolio between 2005 and 2006. Both have undergone major renovations in the last year. Other properties added between 2005 and 2006 include Holiday Inn Columbus, Ga.; Brewton Inn in Brewton, Ala.; Hampton Inn Juno Beach, Fla.; Hampton Inn Tyler, Texas; Hampton Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express Park City, Utah; among many others.
Integral President Bill Murray said he anticipates the company will move further up the list in 2007. Properties added in 2007 include Hampton Inn Glen Burnie, Maryland; Best Western Rio Rancho, NM; Hampton Inn Kingsland, Ga.; and Holiday Inn Granbury, Texas.
“We have grown by leaps and bounds since opening our doors four years ago,” Murray said. “It is absolutely our goal to be one of the Top 10 management companies in the country in terms of number of rooms managed, but it is even more important that we are recognized for delivering great quality management that drives success at our hotels. That is what we strive for every day.”
