Integral Hospitality Enters Ski Country
Released: 9/11/2006
By: Robin Oliver
BIRMINGHAM, AL - Integral Hospitality Solutions grew its footprint over Labor Day weekend, closing a deal to manage two hotels in Park City, Utah. Hampton Inn and Suites Park City and Holiday Inn Express and Suites Park City are the first ski country hotels for Integral and are the company’s westernmost locations.
Both hotels were recently purchased by Navnish Park City, LLC, which Integral has partnered with in other markets.
The hotels are nearby historic Main Street Park City and are in site of the 400 acre Utah Olympic Park, a competition venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. They are also convenient to The Canyons and Deer Valley Ski Area and Resort. Shopping is next door at Tanger Factory Outlet and several restaurants are within walking distance.
“Park City is a hot spot year round,” said Bill Murray, president of Integral Hospitality. “Ski slopes are open half the year, the Sundance Film Festival attracts thousands in January and outdoor activities such as mountain biking, fishing, golf and hot air ballooning bring visitors in the warmer months.”
Murray said that Integral sought out the opportunity to be the managing partner for these hotels because it was a chance to work with the two best limited service brands in an ideal resort town. The Hampton Inn and Suites offers 81 rooms, while the Holiday Inn Express and Suites has 76. The hotels are just 30 minutes east of downtown Salt Lake City with hundreds of direct flights from all over the country, making them ideal for the casual traveler or for destination meetings.
