Tutwiler Takes on Hampton Brand

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Once renovations are complete, The Tutwiler will join the Hilton family of hotels by becoming a Hampton Inn and Suites hotel. Integral Hospitality currently manages 23 other Hampton Inn properties, and Integral president William Murray said he is partial to the brand for its consistent quality and 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
Murray is quick to point out that Hampton is able to provide the hotel industry’s only unconditional 100 percent satisfaction guarantee by holding all their hotels to extremely high standards in delivering friendly and prompt service as well as cleanliness and comfort. Murray plans not only to fulfill that brand mission but also to make The Tutwiler the No. 1 Hampton Inn and Suites hotel in the country.
The competition for such a title is stiff: Chicago’s downtown Hampton boasts Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design and spacious suites and Charleston’s historic district Hampton comes complete with complementary carriage tours of the area. Hampton Inn and Suites locations in Austin, Savannah and Memphis are also top of the line, but Murray is confident that the unique personality of The Tutwiler makes it the perfect candidate for the brand’s most celebrated location.
While The Tutwiler will bring historic elegance and community presence to the Hampton name, Hampton promises to deliver customers confident in the brand. Becoming a member of the Hilton family of hotels will allow The Tutwiler to be exposed to thousands of new potential guests who might not otherwise experience the hotel’s delightful Southern hospitality, historical charm and unsurpassed location. The brand consistently delivers over 35 percent of the room nights that its hotels receive through the Hampton reservations system.
The Hampton brand also brings many amenities to the table, including the new Hampton Cloud 9 bedding, which includes a quilted, fitted mattress pad, a lumbar pillow, high thread count sheets and a luxurious comforter with duvet. A suite shop, a business center, a fitness center, complimentary hot Continental breakfast, laundry service and valet service are standard in all Hampton Inn and Suites Hotels.
