Red Bluff AGM Wins Award

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Tess Tilev, the assistant General Manager of the Hampton Inn and Suites in Red Bluff, California, was recently named the favorite Customer Service Provider in Hospitality in Tehama County during the Expect the Best Customer Service Banquet.
What makes this honor special is that the honorees were selected by vote of the residents of Tehama County.
To add to Tess’ accomplishments, her team was also a Grand Prize winner in Hampton’s Sweep Them off Their Feet Contest in conjunction with National Housekeeping Week.
Tess’ team decorated a vacuum cleaner in gold and jewels that they dubbed The Elvis Vacuum, which was a big hit with their guests, many of whom requested to get their picture taken with it.
