BIRMINGHAM, AL - Integral Hospitality Solutions is now an approved Management Company for Hilton Garden Inn hotels. In October of 2008, Integral completed a series of requirements from the brand to establish that standing, which included: Operations Methodology, Strategic Planning, Guest and Customer Service Philosophy, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Revenue Management.

Integral's first project is the Hilton Garden Inn located in Tyler, TX which consists of 125 guest rooms and over 2,000 sq. feet of meeting room, two breakout rooms and a board room.

Hilton Garden Inn is an chain of mid-scale, moderately priced hotels that are designed for both business and leisure travelers. The brand is a part of the Hilton Family of Hotels.

Most Hilton Garden Inn properties are independently owned and operated, franchised under a licensing agreement with the Hilton Hotels Corporation. They generally consist of an interior tower-style building. Standard public spaces include a single-story lobby building with a Porte Cochere, Front Desk, lobby seating area, the "Great American Grill" on-site restaurant, and the "Pavilion Pantry" 24-hour gift shop.

Most HGIs feature a pool, whirlpool, and fitness center as standard property amenities. High speed internet access is available throughout the hotel, and a 24-hour business center with computers and printers is available in most locations. Breakfast is not complimentary at the on-site "Great American Grill" restaurant which serves a full breakfast buffet along with an a la carte menu.

Guest room amenities at Hilton Garden Inns include a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and either a king or queen bed or two double beds, as well as a sitting area with an ottoman. In addition to standard rooms, some locations also offer deluxe rooms and junior suites.

The Hilton Garden Inn brand began in the late 1980s under the name CrestHil by Hilton. Due to a slow real estate phase, only 4 of 25 proposed hotels were built. Of these four original hotels, only two are still part of the chain today. They are located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Valencia, California.

The brand was reintroduced in 1996 as Hilton Garden Inn and has grown from four hotels to 350 properties in around ten years. There are 120 in the development pipeline.
