Integral Hospitality Solutions is the culmination of a long-time dream of founder Bill Murray. Murray had been operating Hampton Inn hotels for another company for nearly 10 years, including many successful turn-around stories. During this experience, Bill knew that he could offer something great to hotels seeking assistance.
Realizing that to offer truly innovative products and services to the industry, Murray had to have total control of their creation and development. Under strong encouragement from executives from Hilton Hotels, Murray created Integral Hospitality Solutions. Murray’s long-time success record with Hampton Inn hotels was immediately rewarded with recognition as a recommended management company by that brand.
The company started initially with commitments to manage the Hampton Inn Houma and Best Western St. Francisville. Within the first week, the company had secured commitments to manage two additional Hampton Inn hotels on opposite sides of the country. That growth has been steady since then with Integral counting many successful missions along the way.
